The aim of the Conference: To present the recent results in environmental research about the Carpathian Basin, and to discuss theoretical and practical problems. The conference provides opportunity for creating cooperation between the participants and to initiates joint participation in international activities. In addition, the Conference gives a good opportunity for Hungarian students to practice holding their presentation in English. Finally, the Conference plans to present the latest environmentally aware educational methods.
Main topics of the Conference: Environmental Physics, Environmental Geology, Environmental Geography, Environmental Chemistry, Environmental Microbiology, Environmental Education, Environmental Economics, International and European Union laws regarding the Environmental Protection, Ecology, Engineering in Environmental Protection, Environmental Sciences and Studies in English Language,.
This year we would like to emphasize the importance of environmental education, the utilization of research results and the introduction of environmental values protection in the public thinking, through (public) education.

The fee includes the cost of the official publications of the conference, the conference folder, refreshments, participation on the official reception, lunches, the closing dinner and the fieldtrip of the Conference.
Attention:
The closing dinner of the Conference is not included in the participation fee of students, PhD students and members of scholastic societies. To participate on this event, an additional 5000 Ft fee must be paid.
Furthermore, the discounted fees must be paid before the 31st of May (in advance – at the venue there is no discount)!
** The participation fee is a fix amount, it is irreducible on daily proportion. In this case please pay the defined daily fee.
At the venue only the daily fee (30.000 Ft) or the participation fee (50.000 Ft) can be paid.
For accompanying persons the fee includes participation at the reception, the lunches, the closing dinner and field trip.
* Membership (szakkollégiumi tagság) should be proved by a certificate showing the registration number at the Society, issued by a leader, or a leading corporate body of a Scholastic Honorary Society (Szakkollégium) registered by the Office of Education (Oktatási Hivatal).
We kindly inform you, that the paid participation fees cannot be refunded (we manage it as a financial support of the conference).

Abstracts:
The abstracts should be sent in English and Hungarian (if possible).
Criteria:
– Word document (.doc or .docx format)
– Times New Roman character, 12 pt
– single line spacing
– maximum 250 words
– the title: TNR 13 pt, bold, capital letters, followed by an empty row and then the author(s) surname and first name, workplace and the exact address of it, and the e-mail address of the author
– indicate the keywords in a separate row (maximum 5 words).
Publcation:
The abstracts and the publications will be published with ISBN number, in electronic and printed format.
